Vavenzi Scope of Work
Custom Architectural Millwork
Vavenzi provided a comprehensive package of custom millwork for this Miami restaurant and beach club, including:
- Oak wainscoting and baseboard detailing throughout interior spaces
- Solid oak bar counter front
- Custom bottle display rack combining oak, metal, opal glass, mirrored glass, and rope detailing
- Powder-coated aluminum ceiling structure with wavy fabric integration for the rooftop Members Club
- Oak ceiling beams with decorative rope detailing across ground floor and level 2
- Solid oak vanities with circular detailing for ground floor and beach club restrooms
- Rope cladding applied to lamp posts and stair rails within the beach club areas
- Cladding of stairs and platform areas with Ipe wood
- Custom entrance signage
Each element was fabricated to meet high-end hospitality standards, ensuring durability for outdoor environments and consistency with the overall design concept.
